DescriptionProvides Administrative Support to the Empathy and
Cultural Humility Training Initiative of the Center for Child
Well-Being at the School of Social Work at Arizona State
University. The person in the Administrative Assistant position
will be expected to provide administrative support to the Program
Coordinator, Principal Investigator, Training Developers and
Trainers.Salary Range$20.20 - $22.12per hour; DOEClose
Date27-March-2023Essential Duties
Specific Job Duties Include but are not Limited to: -
Minimum QualificationsFour (4) years secretarial/administrative
experience; OR, Certificate in Secretarial Science AND three (3)
years of secretarial/administrative experience; OR, Any equivalent
combination of experience and/or education from which comparable
knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.Desired

Working EnvironmentActivities are performed in an environmentally
controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting,
keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse (85%); required to
stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to
perform work (10%) Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and
pulling up to 25 pounds (5%). Regular activities require ability to
quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to
resolution of conflicts. Ability to clearly communicate to perform
