As a rapidly growing company with over 1500 employees across 35 locations in North America, Inland offers exciting employment opportunities that can help you drive your future!This position is located at our Phoenix area sales and service dealership.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Admin Clerk/Receptionist & Truck Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the admin staff with day-sheets, journal posting, AP matching, and filing. Other responsibilities include relieving the receptionist for her daily lunch breaks and aiding the Truck Sales department with administrative tasks.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers calls on multi-line telephone system.
  • Greets visitors and directs them.
  • Distributes incoming mail and faxes.
  • Receives customer payments in person or over the phone.
  • Prepares daysheets.
  • Prepares quick cheques for miscellaneous payables.
  • Files paperwork, as necessary.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Receives cash and handles cash drawer with accuracy
  • Runs credit and debit card machine.
  • Keeps track of signatures, phone authorizations, etc for customers' credit card payments
  • Balances cash, checks, credit card payments and debit card payments daily Admin/Sales Coordinator Duties:
    • Prints truck sales reports on a daily basis
    • Prepares day-sheets to record checks, cash, credit cards and wire transfers received
    • Builds, posts, files and emails day-sheets daily
    • Prepares daily bank depositsReceptionist Duties:
      • Answers calls on multi-line telephone system.
      • Greets visitors and directs them.
      • Sorts and distributes incoming mail and faxes, which also includes the intercompany mail.
      • Receives customer payments in person or over the phone.
      • Codes incoming checks
      • Coordinates bookings for conference room/training room
      • Arranges courier pickups
      • Maintains petty cash box.
      • Orders office supplies, which includes the coffee machines
      • Assists new employees with phone set-up
        WHAT WE LOOK FOR
        • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
        • One year' related experience
        • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
        • Great telephone manner and ability to represent the company well with excellent customer relations skills
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Accuracy and attention to detail
        • Time management and strong organizational skills
        • Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge would be a plus
        • Dependable and reliable and able to commit to the work hours for the position
