advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, X- lookup,
etc.) Experience with multi-state (they operate in 30 states) - a
lot of regulations to stay on top of Compensation software
experience Prior administration of merit Someone that wants to step
up and oversee if manager is out - hungry and wants to keep growing
and be proactive M&A experience is preferred Conduct salary
benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive salary
structures and ensure compliance with compensation laws and
