Job Description Job Description Job Title: Escrow Support Processor Company: First American Financial Corporation Location: 1850 North 95th Ave, Suite 194, Phoenix, AZ 85037 Job Type: Contract (3 months) Work Mode: 100% Onsite Pay Rate: Up to $19.13/hour Job Description: The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for providing centralized clerical and administrative support for residential escrow transactions. This role focuses on processing, reviewing, and organizing escrow-related documents to ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in supporting escrow operations by handling high-volume documentation efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The Escrow Support Processor works behind the scenes and does not directly communicate with customers, lenders, agents, or branch offices. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Accuracy, efficiency, and consistency are essential to ensure smooth escrow processing and timely closings.
