Job Description Job Description Medical AR Manager (Temp to
Hire) - Scottsdale, AZ - $25-$30/hr. We're hiring a Medical
Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager for a growing healthcare
organization in Scottsdale, AZ . You'll lead a small team focused
on payer follow up, denials recovery, and cash acceleration across
multiple specialties. What You'll Do Lead the AR follow up
function: prioritize payer workflows, manage aging inventory, and
drive cash collections . Track and improve KPIs (DNFB, days in AR,
>90 aging, denial rate, cash posting timeliness). Partner with
coding, billing, and front end teams to prevent denials and fix
root cause issues. Build and refine worklists, SOPs, and QA checks
; coach staff for performance and accuracy. Prepare weekly/monthly
reports and recommendations for leadership. What You'll Bring 3
years in medical AR , with team lead or supervisor experience
preferred. Strong knowledge of payer rules, EOB/ERA reconciliation,
denials/appeals , and claim rebills . Proficiency in PM/EHR
systems; Excel fundamentals for reporting (VLOOKUP/pivots a plus).
Clear communicator with a track record of process improvement and
