Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and
tech-savvy Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a dynamic AP team in
a fully onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone who is
sharp, organized, and ready to step into leadership especially if
you've managed projects, driven process improvements, or supported
automation efforts within AP or accounting operations. While this
position supervises a team, it is also well-suited for an
experienced AP Specialist or Lead who is ready to advance into a
supervisory role. What You'll Do Oversee daily Accounts Payable
operations for a team of 3-4 AP Specialists . Collaborate closely
with 2 AP Analysts (who report directly to the Director but have a
dotted-line partnership with this role). Ensure timely and accurate
processing of invoices using AS400 (ERP) and Doc Agent . Monitor
workflows, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to
increase efficiency. Support and drive automation initiatives,
leveraging strong technology skills. Assist in developing and
enforcing AP policies and procedures. Serve as a key point of
contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors. Provide
guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support to the AP team.
Qualifications Experience in Accounts Payable, with exposure to
high-volume environments. Strong understanding of AP workflows and
invoice processing. Project management and/or automation experience
strongly preferred. Familiarity with AS400 and Doc Agent (or
similar ERP/AP workflow tools). Solid communication, leadership,
and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully
onsite environment. No degree required experience and skillset are
what matter most. Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
