Lead and oversee the development and implementation of strategies aimed at business process optimization. Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement strategies that enhance both productivity and quality. Collaborate with various department heads to ensure the alignment of business process strategies with overall corporate goals. Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements. Develop a sustained culture of continuous improvement within the company. Manage and mentor a team of process improvement professionals.
