Type: Temp?to?Hire Schedule: Full?time, Hybrid, Monday-Friday About the Role We're partnering with a confidential healthcare organization in the Phoenix area seeking an experienced AR Medical Collector who thrives in a fast?paced, phone?driven revenue cycle environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into claim issues, calling insurance companies, and driving clean, efficient reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Manage full?cycle A/R including claim follow?up, denial review, appeals, and payment resolution. Conduct high?volume phone outreach to insurance carriers to verify claim status, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary. Work daily A/R aging reports, prioritize accounts, and document all activity accurately. Research, reconcile, and update accounts using basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/pivots a plus). Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve coding or documentation gaps. Required Qualifications Experience in full?cycle A/R medical collections , including payer follow?up and insurance calls. Strong understanding of EOBs, denials, CPT/HCPCS & ICD?10 basics. Proficiency with Excel and comfort navigating multiple systems. Clear, professional communication-especially over the phone.
