Job Title:Physical Security ManagerLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:The Physical Security Manager role is responsible for managing the Physical Security team. The Manager will work with various teams including Facilities, Operations, and the Identity Access Management (IAM) team. In addition, the Physical Security Manager will develop policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, and bank operations.--- Design of physical security devices and networks, to include cameras, access readers and alarm systems.--- Overseeing the installation and testing of physical security devices.--- Working knowledge and experience with Security Operation Centers.--- Conduct physical security location assessments.--- Manage security team for major projects.--- Develop and review metrics.--- Assess, test, and select new security products and technologies.--- Maintain physical security cases in a case management system. --- Assist with projects, regulatory examinations, internal audits, and other tasks as assigned.--- Work with business lines throughout the Bank to assist with physical security issues.What we are looking for: Qualifications

• High school diploma required, BS/BA preferred (or equivalent work/military/law enforcement experience).
• 5+ years prior experience in a physical security role.
• 2+ years' experience in Banking/Branch Operations.
• Ability to be a self-starter and ability to problem solve are essential.
• Working knowledge and hands on experience with the design, installation and testing physical security devices and networks, to include cameras, access readers and alarm systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to ensure the meeting of team deadlines.
• Strong writing skills and communication skills, along with intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adhere to Bank policy and procedures and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience with commercial banking is highly desired.
