Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Senior to join our remote team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and professional services. As an Audit Senior, you will play a pivotal role in assessing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Responsibilities:As an Audit Senior, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Conducting complex financial and operational audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.2. Preparing and reviewing cash flow statements and other financial documents.3. Evaluating internal control systems to identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.4. Collaborating with the audit team to develop audit plans and risk assessment strategies.5. Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.6. Liaising with clients to discuss audit findings, answer queries, and provide expert financial advice.7. Keeping abreast of current trends and developments in the finance industry, including changes in auditing standards and regulations.Qualifications:To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in auditing, preferably within the manufacturing, healthcare, or professional services sectors.3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.4. In-depth knowledge of GAAP, internal auditing standards, and risk assessment practices.5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.6. Proficient in using advanced audit software and other financial systems.7.
