As the Sr. Financial Analyst of FP&A, you will support the business through financial planning, controlling, and reporting of SG&A/Operating expenses. This includes support of the annual financial plan, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans. You will be responsible for monthly accounting activity including accruals, amortization, depreciation, prepaid assets, and project accounting. You will be the main partner with the business on all cost savings and growth opportunity projects that impact operating expenses. Monthly analysis will be performed of the business to ensure results of operations are recorded and reported to management in compliance with GAAP. You will be an important partner for the coordinating corporate guidance on all cost savings and growth opportunities affecting operating expenses. Research, data analysis, ad-hoc analyses and modeling will provide insight and resolve business problems.The job will be based in Eugene, Oregon. About the Job

• Partner with VP and Sr. Director levels in all functional departments to develop compelling annual financial plans
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Improve planning, forecasting, reporting processes, including data integrity
• Develop annually, quarterly, and monthly financial plans for the US Wholesale organization and Wholesale Advertising and Promotion budgets
• Perform financial reviews to analyze variances and provide variance explanations
• Ensure accurate monthly accruals, re-class journal entries, amortization entries, and analysis of prepaid assets
• Partner with business leaders to achieve annual and quarterly targets About You
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance (MBA preferred)
  • 5 years relevant experience in financial planning and financial analysis
  • Succeed in a cross-functional environment while independently managing multiple owners
  • Dynamic analytical, problem solving, and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge
  • Manage large amounts of data, including collection, consolidation, analysis, and summarizing into a cohesive framework
  • Interpret and summarize data for senior management and non-financial audiences
  • Experience with Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP
  • Experience with balance sheet and income statement
  • Advanced skills in MS Office specifically Excel, Essbase, and Business Objects with experience creating specialized ad hoc reports The expected starting salary range for this role is $76,000- $119,00. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
