- Job Function: Internal AuditorResponsibilities:1. Conduct
thorough and comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the
effectiveness of internal controls within the manufacturing
organization.2. Perform detailed testing of financial statements,
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company
policies.3. Conduct operational audits to identify areas for
improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop
and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.5.
Evaluate and assess risks, identifying potential areas of
vulnerability and implementing strategies to mitigate them.6. Stay
up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in
internal controls and audit methodologies.7. Prepare comprehensive
reports summarizing audit findings, providing recommendations, and
presenting them to senior management and stakeholders.8.
Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process,
providing necessary support and documentation.9. Assist in the
development and enhancement of internal audit policies, procedures,
and methodologies.10. Conduct SOX testing to ensure compliance with
Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.11. Perform risk assessments and
assist in the development of the annual audit plan.12. Monitor and
track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely
completion and effectiveness.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in
accounting, finance, or a related field.2. Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.3. 1-3 years of
experience in internal auditing, preferably within a publicly
traded manufacturing company.4. Strong understanding of internal
controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.5. Experience in
conducting SOX audits and testing.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.7. Excellent analytical
skills with the ability to identify and assess risks and develop
appropriate audit procedures.8. Strong communication skills, both
written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present audit
findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.9.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong
organizational skills.10. Strong ethical standards and integrity in
handling confidential and sensitive information.11. Willingness to
travel occasionally to various manufacturing sites, as
