Job Title:Branch Support SpecialistLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll
do:As a Branch Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Bank
Operations and other areas of the bank by providing an array of
back-office operational support duties. You will be responsible for
ensuring that your assigned operational functions are efficiently
and accurately performed while maintaining a high quality of
customer service and optimal departmental workflow. One of your key
responsibilities is to work across the organization on complex
back-office bank operational issues. You will serve as the subject
matter expert in a given operational area, product, or service; and
will provide bank-wide operational support, monitoring, and
customer.What we are looking for:
- Responsible for supporting the Manager in performing and
developing expertise in daily back-office banking operations.
Ensures efficient and accurate operational support to internal
business partners and/or clients and the daily operations of the
department run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provides a high level of responsiveness to inquiries related to
a wide range of banking transactions. Analyzes, researches, and
resolves escalated issues. Ensures clarity and direction, and
exhibits the necessary follow-through with customers and/or staff
involved.
- Appropriately responds to in-branch customer inquiries and
assists with solving customer concerns. Engages customers and
provides them with basic banking information regarding
products/services.
- Assists in mitigating risk, verifying audit compliance, and
procedural quality control. Ensures compliance with established
Bank policies, procedures, and state and federal
regulations.Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of Branch
Banking Operations, Back Office Banking Operations, or other
general banking experience; or the equivalent combination of
education and experience.
- Entry-level to Intermediate knowledge of general banking
operations, including deposit operations, loan administration,
treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and
services.
- Entry-level to Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory
and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry
standards, and practices.
- Entry-level to Intermediate ability to independently research
and solve simple to moderately complex scenarios
- Strong communication skillsCompensation Information:Hourly pay
for Nevada is generally $20.78/hour to $25.67/hour. Hourly pay is
