JOB SUMMARYCalero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for an Audit Analyst. Reporting to a Service Operations Manager (SOM), you will provide analysis of customer billing, inventory, and contract data to identify areas of historical dispute and future cost savings/optimization. You will create and present monthly/quarterly audit and optimization reports in line with company standard process.This job is ideal for you if you love problem solving with numbers and have a keen eye to detail!RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs analysis of customer billing, inventory and contract data in order to identify areas of historical dispute and future costs savings / optimizationMonitors and manages client data / reporting and contract needs and reports any missing items or access levels to the Service Operations Manager (SOM)Responsible for maintaining customer contracts using Calero's software systemsCreate and present monthly quarterly audit and optimization reports in line with company standard processMaintain audit tracker to ensure accurate capture and reflection of identified, implemented, achieved and rejected savings on a monthly basisSupport the Customer in the achievement of identified historical disputes and future cost savings / optimizationMonitor and track holistic client value being produced by all audit activities, for client baseFields and researches audit escalations within assign client baseWork closely with Service Operations Manager to ensure alignment against customer objectives and needsPerform all other duties as assigned including maintaining compliance with all company policies and proceduresEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:(preferred) Bachelors' degree in accounting, math or analytical related fieldKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Comfortable working independently to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within their teamCalero is an equal opportunity employer.
