Staff and Senior AccountantLocation: Phoenix, AZSalary: Up to $85K base salary plus bonusIndustry: Commercial TruckingThis is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow in their career with a collaborative and interactive company! Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant and a Senior Accountant to join the accounting team. Vaco is targeting professionals with 1-3+ years of relevant accounting experience. The Controller loves mentoring individuals and is looking forward to helping this accountant grow in their career!Responsibilities:

• General accounting responsibilities (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
• Assist lenders and other rental accounting responsibilities
• Assist with month-end close responsibilities
• Partner with the AP team ensuring proper payments and accruals
• Fixed Asset and Pre-paid accounting (Senior level)Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance Vaco is only considering candidates that are located in Phoenix, AZ
