Description:--- This individual will provide support and coordination to the billing function of our Accounts Receivable team --- Managed large book of accounts by collecting on past due balances, providing invoices upon customer request and resolving invoice disputes.--- Assist customer with tracking all returns and credits--- The primary focus of this position is to handle/collect on customers past due accounts --- Collection of accounts that carry high delinquencies --- Carries a portfolio of accounts between 4,000 customers --- Using Get Paid, follows a pre-defined strategy, emailing or calling customers as necessary --- Replies to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service levelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:---Collections experience would be a huge plus! -Experience with collecting on large accounts About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
