Job Description:
We are searching for new Accounting Analyst to join a Management
Services team made up of hardworking, bright, curious, and highly
motivated employees. In this role, you will focus on supporting a
variety of clients while performing a wide array of tasks including
but not limited to: preparation of journal entries, maintenance of
general ledgers and trial balances, preparation of financial
statements, federal and state income tax returns. If you thrive in

Skills and Responsibilities:
- The Accounting Analyst needs to maintain accounting records and
financial information including preparation and posting of journal
entries, accrual adjustments, and reconciliations of general ledger
and bank/investment accounts
- Prepare interim period, quarterly, and/or annual financial
statements on a statutory basis and/or GAAP basis as
needed
- Coordinate quarterly tax estimates and payments for assigned
clients and maintain appropriate documentation by accurately
updating CRM tool with new client information
- Leverage existing knowledge to ensure accurate and timely
accounting and reporting to meet client demands
- Develop and utilize a basic understanding of financial
statements and tax returns while using internal propriety systems,
CRM, and QuickBooks
Accounting Analyst Requirements, but not limited:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or
the equivalent education and/or experience
- Must have a high level of initiative, positivity, meet
deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand work
environment
- Must be highly organized, comfortable with change and
ambiguity, solution-oriented, and resourceful
- Must have effective communication skills, strong work-ethic,
and a high-level of personal integrity
- Must have general knowledge pertaining to SAP, GAAP, and IRS
Tax Code/Regulations.
- Must have advanced proficiency and experience using Excel as
well as strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and
QuickBooks
- Enthusiastic about working in the office for the first three
months before being eligible for Hybrid work which includes 2 days
in office (Employees can also chose to work in the office full
time)
