• Possess a working knowledge of IOLTA accounts
• Provide skills and experience to help manage the Accounting Department and personnel
• Responsible for department performance and maintaining deliverable schedules within the Accounting Department
• Facilitate or maintain daily and weekly cash position reporting, monthly operating budget reviews and adjustments
• Participate in completing monthly financial reconciliations and reporting
• Demonstrate an ability to manage the workflow processes from profit centers and departments
• Manage the release of funds to our clients and client partners
• Effectively communicate with vendors, service providers, and administration
• Interact with our clients and client partners to ensure our relationships remain timely and positive
• Prepare management and analytical reports as directed
• Possess a desire to learn and advance within our FirmGeneral Responsibilities:
  • Law Firm accounting experience with senior leadership responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization
  • Working knowledge with all standard accounting procedures related to all accounting functions
  • Work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relations skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure at times, meeting assigned deadlines
  • Experience with trust account protocols and procedures within a law firm is preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is preferred
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applicationsWe Offer:
