ProLending Home Finance is seeking an outgoing, sales-minded and experienced Loan Originator with connections in the local community. Candidates will work in a professional, but casual environment with a well-defined group of existing experienced support staff. Our visibility is strong and loyalty even stronger. As a Loan Originator at ProLending Home Finance, you will be involved in a variety of initiatives and activities supporting our full-service national mortgage banking operation that originates, acquires, markets and services residential loans. Successful candidates will also focus on local marketing and promotional strategies, to attract new home purchase financing business, promoting a broad spectrum of mortgage products including but not limited to government, conventional, home equity, commercial and additional products within an assigned geographical area. This includes building referral networks and community relations while aggressively promoting ProLending Home Finance to real estate agents, builders, developers, financial planners/CPAs, attorneys and other potential referral sources. ProLending Home Finance also provides you with supplemental referral business via a state-of-the-art marketing system, supported by a dedicated marketing team. We are looking for candidates in the Phoenix, AZ area - this position can be either work from home, or has the option to report to a local office in Phoenix. EXPECTATIONS

* Utilizes knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the Companys loan products. * Spends the majority of their time calling on clients and business prospects. * Analyzes customer circumstances for purchase or refinance, plus their financial background, and reviews the availability of all loan products that might fit their customers needs. * Generates streams of lead flow from all available sources. * Contacts each new lead, manage the lead with the programs provided, and quickly and accurately provide the information required for the borrower to make a decision. * Develops meaningful, lasting relationships with each new lead and referral relationships. * Oversees the process of selling the loan product to the client. * Maintains strict compliance with regulations throughout all transactions. * Completes continuing education and licensing courses. * Stays up-to-date on changes in market conditions that affect the Companys loan products. * Performs other duties as assigned.


* High School Diploma


* BA - Bachelor of Arts


* At least 2 years of experience originating mortgage loans * Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems * Must at all times be able to meet any and all applicable qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act. Must remain current on any and all applicable registration, licensing and training obligations required under the SAFE Act and/or any other state, federal or local laws pertaining to Loan Officer Certification or standards * Must spend the majority of your time engaged in business away from the office (including home offices) * Expected to close a minimum of 5 loans per quarter * Ability to determine appropriate interest rate quote to customers * Ability to apply investor guidelines to specific sales situations * Current knowledge of mortgage banking, all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, as well as all company rules, procedures and policies * Analytical skills * Detail oriented * Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary * Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints * Ability to organize and coordinate projects * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to adapt to change quickly * Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
