RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client, a growing company in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a Remote Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong banking/financial services experience. We are working directly with the hiring manager. Summary:We will support a technology team responsible for launching new client information data capabilities. We are seeking someone with We need someone who excels at managing and coordinating complex project activities involving existing product platforms or building newly built software. This role also will require strong listening and research skills for facilitating conversations about issues and solutions design. This role will also likely include the gathering and managing of new project requests and requirements then working with the PMO and key stakeholder groups to get prioritization aligned then activities started under the proper governance including budgeting, resources, and timeline.Responsibilities:* Project Management with background in Agile & Waterfall* Creation of Requirements and Formal Project Documents* Producing and tracking accurate Reports & Spreadsheets* Coordinating System Testing* Managing and scheduling Release documentation and delivery* Analytical and Research skills* Effective in Remote WorkingREQUIREMENTS:* BS degree is highly desired* 5-8 Years working with key banking systems involving critical areas of the bank: e.g. payment processing, customer management, finance, collections, fraud, and data services* At least 5-8 years' experience working within a software development environment, supporting IT development staff, collaborating with project office/business teams on writing exceptional requirements documentation* Strong experience guiding a project from beginning to end* 5-8 years working within a development team to deliver new software or data related products.* 5-8 years working with Batch and API based data services* Experience working with Fidelity (FIS) Systems or First Data (FDR) products is a plus, but not required* Experience working in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment* Strong experience with SDLC
