Role at SARRC Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC
team! Our Behavior Therapists spend their days connecting and
including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and
communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis
(ABA). Who You Are Passionate about helping others succeed and
thrive (experience not required we'll pay for training and help you
get certified!). Strong collaborator and communicator who enjoys
working with their peers to implement treatment plans. A
compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with
changes to meet the needs of our clients. Always eager for
knowledge, and likes to inquire, research and ask questions.
Comfortable using different technologies and software programs, as
well as data collection applications. Salary Starting at
$21/hrPotential for additional compensation for meeting weekly
clinical hour requirements! Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday; 8am -
