Position: Branch Manager (Phoenix, AZ)

Duties: Oversee division managers for Robert Half Legal, a division of

RHI. Responsible for ensuring incremental branch revenue growth. Lead

marketing activities and facilitate cross-market activities for all

divisions. Manage the field office and oversee coordination,

implementation, execution and completion of specific project tasks,

ensuring consistency with the strategy, commitment and goals in assigned

region. Provide guidance to staff on client interaction and candidate

sourcing. Develop and grow client base: evaluate market conditions;

analyze clients’ industries and core business process; recommend goals for

incremental branch revenue growth; and ensure that goals are consistent

with Robert Half targets. Define and recommend implementation of revenue-

generating activities and divisional performance measurements.

Requirements: Master’s degree or Juris Doctor degree in Law, Management or

a related field, and two (2) years’ experience performing recruiting and

marketing in a law firm environment.

Also requires demonstrated expertise: reviewing candidates for placement

and performing candidate coaching; interacting with executives to analyze

needs for particular roles in the legal industry; leading teams in

performing marketing, employee review, recruitment and candidate sourcing;

managing department budgets, creating and executing business development

plans, and coaching junior professionals; sourcing law firm salaries to

create salary data tables; and applying knowledge of multiple legal

practice areas and analyzing state law bar registration requirements for

candidate placement.
