Full Time Responsibilities: As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service
Representative, you are trained to handle inbound calls from our
cardholders and clients. Duties performed include everything from
simple requests such as the balance on an account or the change of
an address, to a more complex issue such as billing disputes. -Consistently provide superior quality of service. -Respond promptly to client and customer inquiries. -Handle high volume phone calls. -Disposition of credit applications and sales
authorizations. -Provide account information. -Perform automated file maintenance. -Resolve billing disputes. -Effectively manage service levels. -Application processing and disposition. -Anticipate client/customer needs. -Identify and use appropriate sources. -Promote sales for client or other company products. -Offer related products to customer. Requirements: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECITON 19 OF
THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT. -Bilingual (English/Spanish). -Basic Math Skills. -Microsoft Windows experience. -Minimum 6 months of customer service experience of any
kind. -Ability to work Mon-Sun between the hours of 5AM-9PM (MST).
Holiday work required based on business needs. Eligibility Requirements: -You must be 18 years or older. -You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. -You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection
process. -You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United
States. -If currently a GE employee, you must have been in your current
position for at least 6 months, have at least a "consistently meets
expectations" performance rating and have the approval of your
manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR to apply if
you don't meet the time-in-job or performance requirement). Desired Characteristics: -Telemarketing/Phone Experience. -Experience working in fast-paced environment. -Some college experience is desired. -Highly motivated. -Must enjoy telephone work and demonstrate good listening and
phone skills. -Skilled at analyzing customer needs and effectively
articulating solutions. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills. -Willing to work interactively in a team environment. -Demonstrated skills to be persuasive and assertive in a
diplomatic and respectful manner. -Demonstrated success absorbing and retaining a large volume of
