  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
    
  • Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited program
    
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Arizona (required by start date) -
